Kindly note that all bookings necessitate a deposit, which is non-refundable. The outstanding balance is due at the time of your appointment, and we exclusively accept cash payments.
For hair appointments, we do not accept Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
Time is essential therefore we expect you to arrive ontime. Should you anticipate a delay, please inform us promptly. Appointments delayed beyond a 15-minute grace period risk cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
Clients who fail to show up without notice will be unable to book future appointments.
For wig installations, ensure your unit is delivered at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If dropping off the unit poses a challenge for traveling clients, kindly contact us to explore alternative arrangements via email at allureallout@gmail.com Thank you.
